Seniors,

Once landed in Canada as permanent resident then how long they need to wait to bring parents on visitor visa. Please advise seniors.

What is the maximum or minimum time length for which visitor visa can individual apply.

Thanks,
SurenderJeet

They will not send it. You need to attach a return USPS envelope as specified in the email.

There is good news for my family too. I received all our passports stamped this afternoon. The visa was stamped on Feb 2nd, mailed on Feb 4th and received on Feb 7th afternoon. Ecas still says "in process".

Good luck to all those in the line. I am sure you all will get your PPR soon.

Ohh..I was not aware of that.

You will not believe this but he submitted his passport 6/7 months ago. Unlike Buffalo, Delhi requests passports along with AOR and medicals. In the good old days they took about a month to return the passports with visa. Unfortunately for USIND they took all this time to make a decison, all the while holding on to his passport.

Hi legalcitizen ,

my file also says "started processing your application on july12 2010" . My file transferred to NY on 01/05/2011. I have a question. i had sent some kind of fee along with my application to buffalo. Is RRPF fee something different from that? Aslo since you are still waiting and I think I should not expect anything for me from them until March :(

yes ..i think thats RRPF fee. I made a mistake not sending that fee along with application. frankly to speak NY office sucks big time... :)
