Hello,

I too had paid the RFPR fees ($455) at time of application. The letter from CIC had only mentioned about my medicals received. I went ahead and emailed CIC and got the following response.

Good Morning,

We do not require the $490 from you as it has been paid.

Hi,

I am joining this thread.

I had my medical in august month and CIC revieved on August 23rd. Still i do not have any PPR. I am AINP candidate.

Any idea if buffalo send PPR in month of Nov and December because i think these month are holiday season. Any advise.

I have also read many blogs some candidate they get PPR request with in 3 week, some in 1 month time, some in 2 month time and some in 3 month time and some people get request even after 5 month. So i think there is no such fixed time line. Any advise.

Avalap - congratulations !!

My timeline is same as yours.....transfer to NYC on Oct 26......but since then there has been no e-cas update in my case by NYC.
no comment about medicals received.
Wondering if I should send a case specific inquiry to them to know my medicals status....it been 120+ days since my medicals reached there...

Hi Pinoygirl,

My e-cas was updated last tuesday (Nov 16, 2010) with Medicals Received. Today, I got the email to submit RPRF and a letter to intend to settle in Alberta.

I am hoping , you must be getting an email from NYC consulate in the next 2-3 days.

To answer your question,

1) Most of us who sent our applications to CIC in March, still have not received our PPR. However, some of the March applicants have received some form of communication - either indicating no additional docs are requires, or that our file has been transferred.

2)For current timelines on ppr, suggest you follow up on the spreadsheet posted by Jasper.

Hello Virgos,

If I were you I would send them a email. They respond within 2-3 days. I did the same to confirm if they needed the difference in fees amount.

I am just keeping patience Till Jan 2011. It's already completed 3 month to sent medical. In Jan 2011 i am planning to get CAPS notes request. Any advise.

When did your application reach CIC?

I also seen blogs candidate who are FSA they get PPR request with in 2 month of medical sent. PNP canidate get PPR request delayed in year end.

ChiGril,

Your medical request date is 07-19-2010 and mine is 07-28-2010. It means you should get PPR request soon then me right?

On which date CIC received your medical. CIC recieved my medical on August 23 2010.

sunderjeet,

holiday season does not mean holidays for CIC. last year during the holiday season there was more activity going on with AINP nominations than any other time of the year. hopefully same will repeat with CIC this year to show their targets of number of files processed.

Some one said if Consulate VISA quota finish for year then they request next year. Any idea for Buffalo what is the status on this. Any advise.
