has anyone tried to use CIC's online services today? i tried case specific enquiry to LA and it says runtime error. i tried e-cas and "page cannot be displayed"

On Friday (November 6th, 2010) I received a letter by regular mail from CIC Buffalo. It indicates that they do no need any additional documents from my end and that they have waived the Interview. They asked me to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) within 90 days.

Does any one know what will come next after this? Will it be Passport request or my file will get transferred to another CIC office? Is there any one who also got the same letter by mail?

I did my medicals in July 8th, 2010 and they reached Ottawa on July 14th, 2010. My eCAS status still says " We started processing your application on June 24th, 2010.

I appreciate all your feedback.

the bank refused to give me the number on the phone but agreed to mail me a copy of the check, it never arrived and I never inquired about it....

A question here for you. Is the file number or Acknowledgement number same as what was there on your cheque?

I sent an email to LA office to check if they have recieved my Medicals and how long it will take before i get PPR .

They replied same day saying they have not recieved my Medicals yet, followed by another email requesting me to discard earlier email and they have recieved my medical and application is in process and also requested me, not to contact their office.

hi! we almost have the same timeline. just want to ask, has your e-cas status changed or anything added since the transfer? i've been trying to send case specific enquiry to LA consulate but it seems there is a problem with their webform, always sayas runtime error. when did you send an enquiry?

Call the place that you are planning to do Medical. They will tell you how many picture and the size. Usually it is US passport size.
