Hi Jasper and vsrao,

The google spreadsheet is not functioning as it should. The pdf comes blank (I'm using Firefox) and later on when I open the doc from the Download dialog box it shows old information. Can you please check what's wrong?
Thanks.

Manny, did you receive any requests for PP's. Hanging on to you guys, my medical reached Ottawa on the 5th August..

Thank you very much. I have done that in hurry as my family was leaving for India. I thought of going back to doctor to give the stickers. Now I'm fine that I dont have to worry about the stickers.

I'm sorry. I'm trying to contact vsrao now, but it may take a couple of days to solve the problem.

Guys:

Calm down.

It will not turn your life upside down if sticker is not attached to the medical reports.

The medical office sent my medical reports without the sticker. And i received the passport (and RPRF) request exactly 1.5 months after CIC received my medical reports.

Just to be clear - I am not saying that if you don't attach the sticker, you will receive the PPR in 1.5 months. I am saying that not attaching the sticker will not hurt you.

Thanks

Hope it helps...

Nope. My meds reached end of July & I expect PPR only after end of Sep. If I do get it before that, I'd consider myself lucky!

Hi Manny/canadatryinguy/tonyind,

Did you guys send RPRF when you done with medicals ? Are we going to get request from CIC for RPRF . When did you send RPRF. Any advice on this as I haven't send the RPRF yet .Do I need to wait for request from CIC. But done with medicals and reached ottawa on13th Aug.

Is Fee has been recently changed ?

Thanks
Virgo

Virgo:

I did not send the RPRF with medicals.

I got the request for RPRF with PPR (passport request).

I sent RPRF with passport on 16th August 2010.

Advice - It has been repeated several times in the forum that sending RPRF earlier is not going to expedite your passport-request.

If the RPRF dollar amount has been changed then it will be available on CIC website. You should not rely on this forum for updates on the fee. And should check by yourself by going to CIC website.

Hope it helps...

Is there anyone out there whose wife is or had been pregnant before doing the Medicals? And if so whats the effect on the application at CIC as I believe that a pregnant woman would not be able to do all the medicals they need like x-rays and all. Does that mean that my wife would have to do partial medicals and then complete when she has delivered? And does this in any way delay the process? Thanks.

Chucky; This issue has been addressed before on this forum. Please do a search for "xray" and "pregnancy".

Thanks.

Thanks very much for the info!

Medical includes following items:

Physical Checkup
X-ray
Urine
Blood Test

You will get a pacakge from CIC regarding the medical and pre approved doctors will perform the medical test.

Update from me.

I thought my journey was over after I finally got the FBI report done. But CIC didn't like my police report from China, and they sent me a message asking for more formal copy.
It's gonna take some more time.
