After medicals are sent, how long does it take for the e-case status to change? It still says "In process -- we start processing your application on April 26 2010." Mine is the same for two months after I belive the medicals have been sent (June 10). Is this normal?

Chigirl,

I did my first X-ray test on Friday and they call me back the same day for antherX-ray with more view (additional charge). I did it again on Saturday with three more views and with no problem. Luckly I have them filed this additional charge to my insurance.

So for those who are called back for another test, you may have a chance to use you insurance.

"the"

Thank you very much. Good Luck.

Hi,

I also applied to CIC on June 2010 I think that was sometime on the 20th. Have not inquire if the check is cashed because I've been reading this forum for a while and seems like those who submitted their application in May is in process right now. I hope our AOR and Medical request will come soon.

Thanks,
:)

Your application is on the strength of your H1B and beyond the nomination you are required to notify CIC only in case you change your address. in my opinion any immigration or work status change of your spouse does not affect your CIC application.

Thanks,

search for '888' in this forum. You will find it.

Try calling 888-217-4038

You will be asked for the following:
Your Full Name:
Date check was made:
Amount:
Cashier's check number: (on the top of check)
Account Number: (on the bottom of the cashier's check, generally starts with 001 for BOA)

Hope this helps.

Yes, PPR request from CIC Buffalo is through email.

I also submitted my application to CIC on May 22nd this year. Check was cashed on July 16th. Any idea how much more time its taking for them to send request for Medical and AOR notification. Also I have not received acknowledgment from them even after check was encashed by CIC, is that common or should I have received some notification by email / mail?
