Folks,

Anybody could you please help me on this one. I don't know if I had sent my application to the right address. I had sent it to

3000 HSBC Center
Buffalo NY 14203

The above address was specified in the AINP nomination certificate. However in the CIC Buffalo website, the address is mentioned as

1 HSBC Center STE 3000
Buffalo NY 14203

To which address should we send the application?

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Regards,
Siva

Hello Friends,

Just a quick question. Probably a silly one. In the AINP certificate I received, the Buffalo NY CIC address is mentioned as

3000 HSBC Center
Buffalo NY 14203

However in the CIC Buffalo website the address is mentioned as

1 HSBC Center STE 3000
Buffalo NY 14203

Are both the address correct? I sent to the address mentioned in AINP nomination certificate. Please advise.

Hi

Both should be fine.
3000 looks to be the Suite number in the HSBC Building.
But if you have mentioned Canadian Consulate, that should be OK

Thank you folks.. I truly appreciate your responses... Good luck for your processes...

Dear Friend !

The wait is so frustrating and depressing that we need to have little fun around . No offense ... :)

Hi ,

I have submitted my application to CIC one month back without spouse FBI, i received it yest ,
By the time AOR comes , the FBI report would have expired.

Has anybody successfuly sent expired FBI report at time of AOR/Medical , additional doc request and
faced no queries from CIC regarding this ?

I believe theres no way we can send the additional docs till AOR stage.

Pls advise

Thanks

Does anyone have feedback on medicals in LA area? There are 3 or 4 DMPs here. Please share your findings and experience.
Thanks.

Hi Manny,

I'm sorry that I haven't posted any message recently. I've been busy with my work, and updating our timeline spreadsheet was all I could do for this forum these days.

And regarding the DMPs in Los Angeles area, I called some DMP offices and found some information (btw I haven't received AOR/Medical Request yet):

Name of DMP: William F. Brath (Expresscare Medical Clinic: near LAX)
Address: 8930 Sepulveda Blvd. #200, CA 90045-3624
Phone: 310-641-8111
Fee: $302 (Exam: $242 + Shipping: $60)

Name of DMP: Earla Quisido (Downtown area)
Address: 1626 West Temple St, CA 90026
Phone: 213-483-8300
Fee: $320 (Exam: $280 + Shipping: $40)

Name of DMP: Steven Gitlin (Downtown area)
Address: 2010 Wilshire Blvd, CA 90057
Phone: 213-413-5444
Fee: $230 (includes everything) (Express shipping is available)

I'm in West LA area, so I'll probably go to Expresscare Medical Clinic near LAX for my medical. Also, when I called this clinic (last week), there was no long wait for medical exam (We can schedule an appointment just one or two days before the exam).

Hi Jasper,
You're resourceful as ever. Many thanks for the info.

All,
Please see this news: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2010/2010-06-26.asp

My interpretation is that as economic immigration is going to be the focus, we may see quicker uptake by CIC for many of us waiting under PNP. However, the future for new applicants under FSW and skilled folks thru PNP appears dim. The thrust will be to "supplement .. domestic labour supply" - the ones that are in the 29 in-demand occupations.

After 1 month still there is no change in my ecase status.

But as I show some cases on trackitt.com ,I think will take 2 to 3 months after medical done.
