Hey this is good and useful info! Thanks for sharing.
I thought there was a reqt to wait for CIC to tell us to go and do the Medicals... But apparently that's not the case - medicals can be done as soon as we receive AOR/Med forms... Right?
Best of Luck!

Received my AOR and Medicals envelope (white )

Inside it was

*page detailing the future steps in the process, on the other side a fax form to communicate address change andfamily change.
*a receipt for the application fee(like a grocery receipt)
*a bunch of file number stickers to be used for all communications
*a letter requesting to conduct your medicals
*medical forms to give to the doctor for each applicant

Does anybody has idea about good (inexpensive) doctor in Virginia that is covered by insurance company?

Hi vzaveri,

How was your experience with Dr Wong as I am planning to o to the same doctor next week. Does 210 includes everything or we have to pay for the lab ourselves.

Please advise

FYI- When you request FBI you mention them you need it earlier and the date also.
Thanks

Update:
We did our medicals on Friday June 18th. It cost us $210 per person. We got it done through Dr
Man-Chiu Wong in NYC.

Today we received a letter saying we need to send in our Police and FBI Clearance. My attorney already sent in my FBI & police and my wife's Police. We never requested a FBI for her since she was in the country for less than a few weeks at that time. They need these documents within 90 days but not sure if i will be able to get the FBI certi for her within that time frame.

Leave it blank I did the same for my wife.

Regards

Another question i have is that my wife does not have a Social Security Number and the FBI Request form has a field for that. Any idea what to put in there? Do they process without SS Num? Please advise.

If you are going to a bank just ask for Cashiers check. thats good.

I do not know how you are going to send DOB, if it is birth certificate send a copy of BC or school leaving certificate.
