My fingerprints got rejected 2nd time (although I had sent 3 sets).

Anyone know of electronic/livescan fingerprinting in Florida? How can I search the agencies that do this?

Any inputs will be helpful.

Thanks

Dont worry about it.. Do it the third time..Even if it is not good enough, they will do a name check and give the clearance. The same thing happened to my wife.

Hello stlguy,

Thanks for your reply. I feel a little better.

By the way, if it is not good for 3rd time, will they directly give clearance with name check or we have to follow any procedure ?

Please let me know.

Does anyone know if medicals for the principal applicant and wife/husband need to be done at the same doctor's office? Can they be done with different doctors?
Thanks

It says onthe Med Request document that its preferred to have the Medicals done by the same doctor, but its not compulsory, as long both doctors are approved.

My File reached CIC in the second week of Jan (best guess, I never tracked) and the check was encashed in the same week.

Do you know if my health insurance will cover the cost of these medicals?
Has anyone enquired about it?

CIC RECEIVED APPLICATION : 05/04/2010

I have sent across the money orders and when verified with post office, they said they couldn't validate whether the checks are encashed. How should I find out whether the checks are encashed. Also want to be prepared with Medicals. Can someone let us know abt the Doctors in Los Angeles region along with Fee details and experiences ( good n bad ).

Thank you very much.

I'll also be looking for Dr. in LA. To folks who have done the meds before, does it make a difference - aren't all docs expected to have some good level of rating to be on the DMP list?

Guys, I sent my passports (3 of them) to get the IM-1 visa stamped. Its been a good 12 days since I sent them. Any idea how longer I should wait or what I can do ? Perhaps call them ?

Hi stlguy,

Thanks for the info.

This time I will do electronic fingerprinting, so less chance of rejection.
