Hi,
I am planning to apply super visa for my mother. I had a doubt about mentioning the length of stay in the invitation letter. She is visiting me for 2 months, so is there a possibility of the super visa being rejected since she is visiting for less than 6 months and is eligible for the regular 6 months tourist visa? Should I mention the dates of her visit?

Thanks
Its possible for rejection if they see 2 month and applying for supervisa just mention 9 to 10 month than it will work just dont mention exactly just say approximately 10 months like that.
Best of luck

super visa application for mom

    1. Hi,I want to apply for super visa for my mum, she was refused visitor visa twice,2015 and 2016,reason- purpose of travel, insufficient fund, travel history, tie to home country.
I provided my dad house plan including her house documents although I was a stay home mum then, only my husband working, but I 've been working for the past 2years and with combine income we surpass the LICO.
she has an investment and will also include her bank statements, in the letter of invitation I stated that she will be coming to visit us and spend time with her grand child also she has not seen our second daughter since birth and I will like to spend time with her.I also mention that we just bought a new house to be ready in Dec and will be glad to have her around us.
How long do I indicate for her stay? 7-8 months or 1year
I want to know the minimum amount I should have in my savings account because I don't want her to be refuse this time.
she is a trader back home and I indicated it as her job because she own a convenient store but not a registered business.
I stated that she will return before her authorized stay expire, she has my father to care for also her many grandchildren back home.
I want to apply online but on the application checklist there is no column for Tax assessment, medical insurance policy. please I need your advice

Hi Guys. I am a Canadian PR and I applied for super visa for my parents in March 2019. I am getting really nervous about the status of their application since its been almost 6 months now. Here are the details:

Online application submitted - March 11, 2019
Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results - May 22, 2019 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents - The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

My father is the primary applicant and my mother is dependent. My father worked in the Air Force for almost 20 years but he retired more than 10 years ago and has been working some where else. He received a Military Record Request on June 21st which was completed and submitted the same day. I only saw a ghost update last week but nothing was changed on the application. September 11 will mark 6 months and I am not sure what is taking so long to process their application. Their country of residence is Pakistan and I believe their Visa Office is in Abu Dhabi. Has anyone else experienced similar timelines? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
