Do I need to inform ircc that tests asked by them had been done by my dad or there is no need to reply ??

no need. its immigration medical doctor's responsibility to send his results to ircc on time. They are pretty good with that.

in that case you should email cic. include all the information related to your father's application and tell them that doctor wont send report till 65 days. in the meantime try to contact doctor and tell him that you have limited time for sending medical results of your father. Hope this helps

I am under a very difficult situation right now and I need your guidance please.
So, my wife and I, we applied for our PR and we are expecting an approval shortly since we both applied from here in Canada.
In regards to the SuperVisa,
I want to sponsor my mom, my dad and my little brother who is 14 years old. My wife wants to apply for her mother and her little brother who is 14 as well. That makes a total of Me+Wife+MyDad+MyMom+MyBrother+WifeMom+Wifebrother = 7 of us.
I have been working full time since Jan 2017 and my wife started working from Oct 2017. Our NOA combined for 2017 isn't as high as she just started working but 2017 was around 43k. Can we apply part by part for our family? And how does the application work?
Could someone shed some light for me please?

PPR request 29th March 2018.
Paassport submitted 2nd April 2018

You and your wife won't be able to apply for their super visas until you have landed as PRs.
Assuming you first apply for your parents and your brother: Your income must exceed the LICO threshold for 5 persons in this case.
Later, if you want to apply for your wife's mother and her brother: You would need to meet LICO for 7 persons because all previous sponsorship/financial support continues to remain effective.
Also, you would want to submit adequate evidence that you and your wife's income exceeds LICO initially for 5 persons and later for 7 persons

hi @Bryanna . So my father has got super visa. but he will be only coming for 2 months. So my question is can i get refund from insurance company for remaining 10 months when he departs canada after staying here for 2 months.?
also do i have to purchase medical insurance next time when he wants to come to canada ?

Yes, you can. Do check with the insurance company.
Do keep in mind: The first entry on a super visa would allow for a stay of up to 2-years (if the date is handwritten under the entry stamp). Subsequent entries would be for 6 months.
Yes, he would need minimum medical insurance of CAD 100,000 for each super visa entry
Congrats, I am still waiting after additional tests for my mom . Do you know how to contact cic if someone applied from India . I just have tracking id number and medical file number only .Got PPR for my father, Thank you everyone for their responses

Got additional medical request via regular mail on indian address ( this was bit unexpected ) : 10 mar
PPR : april 02

thanks.. i don't think you can contact cic from india.. However, you can link your paper application to GCkey online if you have UCI number and Family name of applicant .Then you will be able to see the online status of medicals. You might find UCI on additional medical request letter. good luck
Yeah I have uci number but u tried to link application online but application no results found .
Had you not sumbitted upfront medical?
Or they ask additional test frm your mother as you have mentioned that medical asked after submission??
