High possibility that you have selected generic visitor visa, instead of parents or grand parents supervisa.

Please ensure while answering common questionnaire on the account where it advises what visa category you are eligible, you've selected relationship as child/grandchild. I also faced the same challenge but upon fixing it, I got the supervisa category in options.

But there is no super visa option in drop down list, the most relevant option choose is "Visit visa more than 6 months".
Secondly i answered all the commom questions on the behalf of my father.
and i added my mother on behalf of my father too. while anasering mothers related questions they determined supervisa, but health insurance placeholder is not there even at the mother's section. pls advise,

Good catch. Previously I selected Relationship as "parent/grandparent" (as I was filling for them). But when I selected "child/grandchild" I can see Super Visa option.

Do I need to be employed at a job for any specific duration?​

Reason I am asking is I just started working at new job.​

Is that a concern on No?​

Income requirements are fulfilled by the way.​

1) What documents do I have to submit? I am giving my income documents, invitation letter and promise to take care of all financial aspects during her stay. Anything else to add?

I am in process of applying Super visa of my parents. They are in India. In the required documents, they are asking for marriage certificate. Is it really required or I might have chosen a wrong option in the questionnaire?

My parents passport is expiring in 2024, if I apply for super visa will they get validity only until the expiry of the passport
