I'm facing a similar issue. I got my PR card approved on Sep 12 but it's still not approved for my wife and kid. Is this usual?

In the same boat, principal applicant PR card arrive in 6 weeks, but depends cards did not arrive yet. It had been 12 weeks now as of 2023/9/17 .
