It is my first time in this forum and i believe it is great when you can help people without even knowing them, I hope one day i will be qualified to answer all issues for new members.

I live in Kuwait and I did my medical at May 15, 2011 and i am still waiting for the next step. I will appreciate your kind support based on your experience for expected time frame needed between the medical and to ask for passport for Visa and usually how many days to return the passport it takes when they receive the passport, I am asking this as i my work is to supervise an operation which is in 4 countries and need to travel almost weekly.

It will take approximately one month for the passport request after your medical results are received by the visa office and one to two months for visa issuance. By the way which is your visa office.

hello montu, i think we are almost the same date since submitting MR...i submitted last july 5 and rprf july 2....just like you still waiting for good news maybe by august...im keeping my fingers crossed.

ya lets hope to get good news in aug month..i hv seen people are getting the passport request mostly after 2 months od the medical submittion date..

London visa office is too late for processing.Some people getting MR nd RPRF very quick some are late what's the reason for that do you have any idea plz?My e-case status is RBVO for near about 5 months.no change yet

my ecas was changed to in process on may 20 and the MR letter was issued on june 2nd (after 12 days) be alert to receive it within 3-4 weeks (normal average period). wish u hear gud news soooon.

Last Wed.our consultant here in Dubai informed me that 20 July(same day my ecas status change into IN PROCESS) they received an email from London VO requesting our PCC only. Im doubtful, I told them to forward that email to me, but until now they have done nothing, so many excuses that a certain person from such dept. should forward that to me. Imagine its been a week before they informed me that i have received such an email as if Im asking them for a favor... I regret using a consultant

its more of a case to case basis really, so it think it all boils down to how complicated our case is.

i'm sorry about that. the same also happened with my sister's case. you can actually abandon a consultant as you deemed necessary...just inform the VO that is processing your case about this change...this forum has been very helpful enough about applying without a third party.

I recieved my "request for medical" documents from london visa office today...i submitted my application on 30th Dec 2010 which was recieved by CIO on 4th of Jan 2011.

What else London VO asked you for (other then Medical)??? Did you get the request by courier and whats the time frame for Medical??
