i totally agree with darwash..... CIC must realize that their actions effect the lives of people..... so they better be relying on something more than a bug. i wonder why no one at CIC knows the meaning of the word "queue"...... and wish someone from CIC is a member of this forum and reads...

they do issue a certificate stating total amount of ur investments............ dont forget to add one sentence in ur certificate that your investments can be encased any time. ............ u wil have to request them for this ............. they may not write it themselves

i think VO can open ur file before BFD ....... if address disappearance is due to open file ........then in my case it is true .....coz my BFD was 26th September but my address is missing from last week or more ....... Allah bahtar kary ga....... inshallah
