Only indians applied for visitor Visa in July

Has anyone applied paper application from VFS Abu dabhi?

Timeline:
Courier sent on 31st July along with passports from Bahrain
Indian national
Tracking code dated 5th Aug 18
Till date no change in status - 01SEP19

Apply for Visitor visa for parents on July 18, No updates yet. Just showing Application is being processed at CANADA visa office, New Delhi.
 
Feeling irritated as the embassy took a long to me for application approvals. Don’t know what’s happening and when I can get any news.
 
Eligibility Review started today ( Sept 5th)

Paper Application submitted on 20th July at VFS New Delhi.

How many days it usually take from eligibility review to final decision?
