Online TRV application - passport return time?

Hi guys,
I have been searching for an answer to this question, but so far no luck.

I applied for visitors visa online (TRV application) and after 28 days, I received the message thru the online message center to send the original passport. Does anyone know how long does it take for the passport to come back after sending it to Canadian embassy (New York or LA) for stamping?

I am also interested in the answer to this question. I wish people who benefit from the forum would also come back and share their experiences for the benefit of others. I submitted by application on the 5th of march, but looking at your message (visacurious), I think I need to wait longer.

LA is very faster.
Applied online - 02-15-2013
Received notification for sending passport - 03-15-2013 (Friday)
My passport reached Los Angeles Consulate on Monday (03-18-2013) - 11:40 AM
LA Consulate stamped it on Tuesday (03-19-2013) and sent it to USPS - 03:30 PM
I received passport back on Wednesday (03-20-2013) morning 10:35 AM

So go for LA.
