Online or Paper Citizenship Application

Hello everyone! i ahve two questions hope some will be so kind to respond to them;

I was a protected person now a permanent resident and now I'm eligible for citizenship application. I sponsored my wife and my 2 children in 2022.


1. Can i apply citizenship with my children and wife?

2. Paper or Online which on have a faster respond.

1) your children, if minor, don't need to complete their physical presence requirement if they apply with you. So, yep in their case. Your wife obviously hasn't completed the 1095 days requirement. She needs to wait and apply in a few years.

2) just go with the online application. Many 2023 applicants for their citizenship in a few months that way. Including a few I know personally.

I started the application, but how will add my child to my application?

As a protected person then PR, i am now eligible for citizenship and it is confirmed on the physical presence calculator. but when i started my citize ship application online today, it says I'm not eligible because it only ask for when i became PR,. no where in the application was I able to indicate my protected person status period. Am I using a wrong online link (https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/sign-in) or must I submit by paper?
