Which office if I may ask? I have been waiting for almost a month. Mine is Kitchener!
vancouver office.

I realized I've read the original post wrong. I passed the test, and the result was updated 3 days later.
But it's been 3 months since then with no other activity. Language, physical presence, prohibition still in progress...

Almost 4 months. I got GCMS notes and there are not even updates in the notes.

I’m even more senior. 2018 applicant. AOR in July 2019. Mississauga office. Awaiting Oath.
A 2017 applicant just got oath. There’s a 2016 applicant also in the forum awaiting a DM!
That's ridiculous.

Fingerprint submitted three months ago. Background verification was updated to be "completed" one month ago. Today, Background verification returned to "In progress"

What the reason could be?

Hello I'm new here in this Forum,

I applied April 2021 for myself and my family for the Citizenship.
Got AOR in July 2021.
Oh we send the paperwork to Nova Scotia-Sydney

I'm wondering why I was already scheduled for my citizenship test ( I passed) if none of my stuff (Accept the Background) on my tracker (citizenship application status) is completed?
Language skills- In progress
Physical presence- In progress
Citizenship Test - In progress ( I did that online on March 04-2022)
Background verification - completed
Prohibitions - In progress
Citizenship ceremony - Not started.

I never had to give my fingerprints as other people stated in the other threads. Is there a specific sequence they do? or do they just however they feel?
I don't want to be rude or anything I'm just wondering. Does anyone has an answer on this?

Please help!
Clauds

Processes run in parallel. Some elements are dependent on inputs from sister agencies like CBSA & RCMP so could take longer. I’m guessing that in their effort to clear the backlog, tests are being done while awaiting other checks, so they could get them out quicker. Not everyone has to give FP.

I was just a bit confused about the process. It’s different for each application I guess.
Thank you for your reply

Don't worry about that. I received my test invite when all of the statuses were in progress (including Background verification). They could scheduled the citizenship before processing anything.

Oh wow!!! Tbey are moving fast. I am so looking forward to them completing November 2019

We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
October 22 and November 2, 2019

Passed the test in April 2021.

Sent fingerprints for a second time in February 2022.

STILL waiting for the oath ceremony and yesterday I had to turn down two job offers because they wanted proof of citizenship since I was not born in Canada.

Thanks for nothing IRCC Montreal.
