Online citizenship test completed, waiting for next steps

passed test feb 20 but still isn’t marked complete . Anyone else took an unusually long to see the test move to Complete status ?
That's unusually longtime indeed. I would wait until this week is finish then if its still showing in progress and they still haven't contacted you I would give them a call or send an email.

Their site timeline doesn't mean much , they received my application August 2019 and i'm lost in limbo.

What is your application status? Are you waiting for Oath ceremony only?
I completed and passed my test in November 2021. Test still "in progress" on tracker now. They have given me the run around the last 3 months. They are giving a lot of people a hard time and claiming "technical difficulties". I have sent numerous webforms, and even my MP contacted them. They are no help.
I will probably have to do a re-test, but why do they make people wait 5-6 months for a re-test. My Id and photo of myself , everything was perfect. They are just wasting time.
2021 applicants flying by and getting citizenship in record time (faster than pre-covid). I know tons of people 6-9 months and they are done, citizenship and passport in hand.
They never answer the phone at IRCC, I have called so many times even right at 8am , and even throughout the day.
ONE time I finally got a hold of them after 50 days of trying. The lady on the phone just said "must be technical issues, wait for email", I said ive already been waiting 3 months since my test. She seemed not to care about anything.
I tried to call again the last few weeks and no luck again.
They don't answer webforms. If they do (sometimes) answer, it will be just a cut and paste response not relevant to my case.
Getting totally depressed from this situation of 3 years of waiting. I feel so helpless.
Did you try emailing the technical issues and explaining your situation asking them for assistance?

I did not try that. But 1-2 months ago I emailed the email that sent me the invitation for the test, they responded back a few weeks later saying we dont have any information other than you see in your status tracker.
Do you think its ok for me to email that email ? It says on the invitation to only email that email if you are having issues prior to the test. I did not have issues prior to the test. Should I try ? Do you know anybody who had luck that way ?

It wouldn't hurt to try. I say email them and see as the officer said technical issue so then try and see the worst they could say is not this department.
Someone it this group had a similar issue not sure how it was resolved. Do a search check and see.
I did a search , it seems most people only emailed there who had problems accessing the link.
