Online citizenship test completed, waiting for next steps

Thanks. It has been a month now. When I called IRCC they said that there is an update saying retest is needed, but no date has been given yet. I have also not received any email. Since its been a month I am getting a bit anxious. When did you receive the restest notification after the 1st test

My face was not at full in camera during my test. Test status all the time it was in progress after second test change immediately for completed

DM on ECAS since the 20th July but yet no progress on the oath status. Still shows as "Not Yet Started". Does anyone know how long it would approximately take. It is so strange that this backlog exists even though everything is online now.

Probably depends on the office and the availability of the judge. Do you know which office is processing your file? Some offices might be quicker in scheduling oath than others.

Just sharing my timeline.

June 2019 applicant
May 2021 receive Test invite.
May 11, 2021 - online test and passed
A week later, received an online request for interview.
May 2021 - Interview day.
June 2021 - Everything on ECAS are completed except Oath taking Ceremony.
It’s been almost 3 months after the interview. Still waiting for the OTC invite….

Something happened to me. My citizenship test was marked as Completed on June 25th, 2021. On July 30th, it was updated to In Progress. Any idea what is going on? Should I expect a re-test?

Your application probably got caught up in a glitch. Several applicants reported this recently so you should be good if this is just a glitch.

Omg guys I feel like a crazy person constantly checking for updates at least twice daily ugh. Why are they so slow? Only our background and test shows completed. Feeling frustrated ugh
My office is SCR does that mean Scarborough? If so can somebody ask them to move a little faster.

We are same boat in same location .it s really slow office and I don't know where they are now and why they don't on applications

When did you do the test?
