Online citizenship test completed, waiting for next steps

If you check the trends it’s looking like about 1 month from Scarborough for the next stage (either interview or DM).
I am a Jan 2020 applicant, took the test last Friday. I called them yesterday and they confirmed that my test result has been validated. However, the bad news is that my residence and language assessments are still "not started"... That's weird, they used to complete all checks before sending out test invites but now it seems that's no longer the case. 
I know that Scarborough is slow, I am downtown... hopefully soon

Did you apply as a single? No fingerprints? I am asking because I have a very straightforward application... and after that how long did you wait for the oath ?
Yes, it was single. I got the test invitation email back in Jan 2021, complete the test on Feb 11th, Interview invitation after 14 business days from the test date. Done with the virtual interview which was on March 16th. Status changed to DM the next day. Im still waiting for the oath ceremony invitation.
Downtown applicants are either handled by Scarborough or Mississauga office. Etobicoke office does not handle citizenship applications. Plus you just finished the test 8 days ago, many from February or even January are still waiting for updates. You should hear something within a month or two.

Test Passed today, studied guide 2 times and did approximately 30 (some repeatedly) of online tests from the links posted previously on this thread.

My ECAS is not opening since 23rd, anyone else having problem with logging into ECAS??, I called 1-888, but they said it's technical issue and they can't fix it.
I just checked mine, it's working fine. Might follow up with them again.

Language and residency will be assessed during interview. Wait for it. It's coming...
