Hey, I will be submitting my application online soon. I am stuck in Q where asks about previous immigration and citizenship status anywhere other than Canad? What does this question require? Did you include your whole travel history?
@Massi88 Myself I added all my immigration history, included visitor visa, permanent resident etc... I included everything since I have that list handy.

Hi,
I received an email requesting that I submit all pages of my passport. My passport contains multiple exit and re-entry stamps that are not in English. Should I translate all these stamps, or can I simply submit the pages because these stamps were before I entered Canada?

We have only included places of residence and citizenship, although I would include places where one held work permits (as for many countries work permits are effectively 'resident' status). I do not technically know but I would assume anything like 'overseas citizen' status like Indian has is something that should be disclosed (although most would apply to get this after becoming a Canadian citizen).

Personally I don't believe the 'immigration and citizenship status' language is meant to include tourism, transit, and the like. After all, you basically provide travel history in the days-count.

YMMV. Now, I admit there may be grey area here, esp for those who leave and spend long periods of time during the five-year period before applying for citizenship.

But if you're somewhere for more than six months, that implies you have some 'immigration status' in that country, I should think - and I would disclose that as an immigration status if you spent that long somewhere. Probably not true everywhere but most places.
