Online Application for Immigration?

Hello! I am a Canadian sponsor for my American husband with questions about online applications.

It seems you can send an online application but I get very confused, as you need to sign forums, send pictures ect. Can ALL of this be sent online? If so what format does it have to be sent in? I tried to get more information on this but can't find it.

Also for those questions that require we send pictures, is it ok to send home printer printed copies with details underneath? Or what is the format most accepted? (Printer paper printed at the store... ect)

I think that mean that u can fill it out online but heed to print it off to sign and send into the visa office, some off the applications u have to validate. I would send original photos not printed to be safe.

NO! Send copies of your pictures `to be safe' (printed from your computer, or photocopied).

You're not guaranteed to get anything back!!

I assume you have a digital camera meaning photos would be on your computer.

I layed our photos out like this in a word document, three per page (18 pages I believe)

Imagine that is a letter sized paper.. Lol
Used word.
Printed on normal paper which appears to be fine

Important to date, describe, and tag people in the photos. that would be the description

Also, Graihn thank you for the easy to understand description and link. So you do have to physically mail a package though correct? (because of signatures ect) There is no way to send it all online?

Yes u have to physically send a package if u don't send original signatures they won't even bother processing ur application,

Thanks!! I thought so. I just found it weird they talked about online application. I was wondering if I was missing something. Lol.

Lol it just means u can fill out the info in the computer and then print it that's all its a stressful process but when ur done u will feel good
