Online Application for Canada Student Visa Processing time

When you got refusal even if you have got one year fees plus $10,000 in your account, isn't it really awkward. This is the information you got from CIC and you have done according to that. So, What's the point you refuse me on the basis of rough estimate. Your views guys.

You should have got an explanation from cic why your study permit got refused.

You didn't get my point. People here are saying that I had enough money in my account and cic gave reason for refusal that we are refusing on the basis that you don't have enough money. Is that possible. Well u have asked me to show living expanses for first year only, I have done that. Now refusal letter explaining again that I don't have enough money in my bank account.

I'm good. By the way this is not happened to me. But there are people on this forum stating that. I don't think it is possible.

Hey everyone!

I applied online for Student Visa on the 14th of March 2014. By the 20th I had my medical results sent in, and it was promptly passed, in the "Review of Medical Results" section.

From the 20th til' now, I have yet to receive any news.

I'm from Malaysia, btw.

Anyone know the average processing times for online applications? Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I have applied on February 25th they ask me for my biometrics and i send them on February 28, However, I know that i need the medical examination, i am living in USA now but i am from south america, i am waiting for the format (letter) for the medical examination and at this moment i have not received it. My admission letter says May-2014 i am running out of time, they had 8 week process time for LA ( i apply online) but now it says 10 week i don't know if they can give me the study permit even after May 1 or they will make me ask for and admission in September. What do you think ? any advice ?

How long is your chosen program?

One year? Did you have enough money for tuition and living expense for a year?

Two year program: how did you prove to VO that you have or will have enought money for the second year?

require your passport to finalize processing your application.

After my passport delivered to the request address; I have received an email for passport transmission fee. I already did that. Finally I got a tracking number.

does this mean visa approved?
