CIC says they process online applications faster. So I suppose you are on a "short" side. Where is the Embassy where you applied? Let's say , in London it takes 8 weeks then you could hope it will take 8 or less.

I applied on 22nd Feb to New Delhi embassy. On 25th my medical report saw a status change to 'Under review' and there's no movement since then. No other option other than waiting patiently and hoping for the best. Good Luck !

It depends, when your course starts. For example, I applied online on 27th of November 2013 from London for May 2014 intake. I am yet to hear from CIC. I assume that they will answer, When my course is nearly to start.

Do not think so. if AVERAGE time is 8 week, so some applications will be finished , let's say in 5 weeks, then the longest time will be 11 weeks. I do not think they could finish in 1 week, so it goes not take 15 weeks to finish others.

Even mine got medical passed today. Any idea what's the next step. Did you get any further notification.

How do we check the current status of the application ?? i saw it on the VFS website it just showed that its under processing .. Is there any other site where we could check the exact status as i had applied on the 14th of February

Just applied yesterday on 2/03/2014 from Riyadh Saudi Arabia, now fingers are crossed. Here average processing time is 3 weeks..... and these weeks are like 3 months
