I am a civil engineer and graduated from USA. i also hold a Enginer-in-training license from Bristish Columbia. currently working for a civil and construction company WSP global as a project coordinator. they filled my employer form and put NOC B - Adminstration officer. my points were 74 now with changes its 66 and the draw happened at 62. i still qualify for the nomination but not sure if i should write a letter of explanation and explain the misunderstanding or just decline and wait for another one. my sister lives here so proving families ties is not an issue. I have an amazing job and they have mentioned they hire employees who work for their p.eng and support company.

Is this a one year program that only bachelors degree holders can take. A diploma holder can’t take the program. One-year programs are ineligible if they require a degree or a diploma, or “a degree or work experience”, or similar, regardless of whether you personally completed a degree program prior to being accepted into the one-year program.
