I did ask my VO by email and was told : If I am sponsoring my spouse, only I had to sign the declaration. So I did submit the form after declaration was signed/stamped by a Court Officer. Hopefully, that will be sufficient.

It is always safe to err on the side of caution. There is no harm in having someone vet your application.

Don't use ADOBE (except for the bar code forms) use FOXIT. My forms kept locking up in adobe!

I didn't know that and I had to deal with the blocking of my PDF files because of that I had to fill out IMM5669 three or four times because I have no printer and when I saved it something was missing, actually I was going to fill out references to additional pages by hand, so tired of make it over and over, hahahaha maybe you'll think I'm silly, I'm just nor so updated with computer programs. Anyway I have not fill out my IMM5490 because of the same blocking thing, now I'm so happy I will be able to save stuff and finish it later.

Something that simple really helps someone a lot
