You can't use this Url unless you have the enrolment number, so just follow the instruction which I had given in my earlier post.

What is the login URL of the One-key portal you are using?

I followed your steps, logged in to my one-key account, but there's no button that says "create my profile".

on the left side of the page there are "my services" "manage my account" and "log out" and such,
non of them take me to a page where i can create a profile.

on the right side there are a bunch of services including OINP,
and when i click OINP, it tells my to put in enrolment number. i am so confused.[/size]

Thats the problem, I don't think the site will be operational before they start handing out NOIs...

No, im going for both EE and Master's stream, Master's stream has to use onekey to loggin to create profile
if you are going for EE you should be fine just wait for your PT
