One and same person affadavit query

Hi Guys,

My name is for example AAA YYY BBB where AAA is my name YYY is Fathers name and BBB is the last name.

In my passport,PCC,IELTS and some bank documents its - given name: AAA Surname:BBB, and I plan to keep it that way
But my wife's(who is the primary applicant) passport has AAA YYY BBB along with someother bank documents.

Should I provide
1. a one person affadavit
2. explain it in LOE
3.select "Has this person ever used any other name?" used in the application and select as option others?


Can you help please.

Why do you need one and same person affidavit ? your wife and your name is same in everything except middle name is missing in some documents ! That's not an issue.

If you have any other questions regarding name please be more specific and I will try to answer. I did that affidavit for my wife's multiple names.

FYI: In e-apr, there is a question, have you ever used another name? If you answer yes, a placeholder is created asking for any proof which could be affidavit in your case. If you answer NO, there is no place holder.

Sorry to disappoint but I didn't upload anything yet.

I know few people who did this and everything went smoothly.
