I am just wondering if an application for citizenship in the status show " Closed" can it be re-opened again ?
for exemple for cancellation or revocation ? or it's over it must go to federal court now ?

thank you

The ability to revoke a person’s citizenship on the basis of misrepresentation has been part of citizenship legislation since the Canadian Citizenship Act entered into force in 1947.

... the Federal Court is now the decision maker for citizenship revocation cases unless the person subject to revocation requests that the Minister act as the decision maker.

The application itself is closed and finalized when you are granted citizenship; the application process ends there. Revocation is a separate process post-application; the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship has to file a lawsuit against the accused in Federal Court and ask for the revocation of citizenship.
