It should still be 4xxx/8000.

Ontario FSW Backlog Pilot project was initiated in 2012 and PNP certificate + OWP invitation letter were mailed to 600 selected candidates in Sep 2012 onward. Applying for OWP was also voluntary and was not a prerequisite to apply for PR. You mentioned that you were selected for this program in years 2009-2010. Is this the Ontario FSW Backlog Pilot or different program?

It is better you send the reply by both to be on safe side

I didn't checked the due date but it doesn't matter they can override due date any time
