I applied on Nov 21, 2014 and got my File number on Feb 18, 2015. Still waiting on Certificate

Currently - In Canada on Post grad work permit.
Applied under - International Masters Stream.

Any inland applicants having updates on October or November applications please share your timeline.

Thanks

Did you try emailing them or Calling PNP office because officially your 90 days were completed on April 7.

As they promised 90 days is what maximum time frame looks like. (Dec and Jan excluded)

As I know officially my 90 days will be completed in April 17, because I received file number in November 17. I will call PNP then for sure.

90 days start from the day they receive your file. not from the day you get your file number. I have confirmed with PNP office

Their reply to my email is following standard text:
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that we are unable to respond to status requests by phone and will not respond to status requests for applications that are being processed within our service standards. The standard processing time for applications is 90 days, after it has been deemed complete. The processing of all files is on hold during the months of December and January; therefore it does not count toward that 90 day period. Any applications that were received after the target was met in 2014 are assessed in the next calendar year, therefore under the 2015 target. The processing of applications resumed in February 2015 thus that is when the 90 day period would start if the application is deemed complete.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter when your application has been received and/or a request for further information if required.

Records indicate that your application is presently in queue for processing. Applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. The standard processing time for a complete application is currently 90 calendar days. We can offer no guarantees that a nomination certificate would be processed or issued by a certain date.

So it seems that now the counting begins from Feb 1, 2015. even then not far. 20 more days to complete cycle of 90 days. Thanks for replying

Inland, still waiting. This is a bit frustrating, as it should have taken 90 days max
