does anyone have experience with this travel insurance? I have a claim for them and as wondering how long do they take to reimburse?

They pay genuine claims but have a limit of $1000 for folllow-up visits.

Just a follow up Travelance paid out complete claim and that too within 15 working days. 20k paid out wonderful service. Just have to follow all their requirements and call ahead of time before taking ur parent to the hospital/doctor. Keep in touch with them and there are no issues.
