1. PS stand for Pre-Screening in other word Initial Review
2. Yes I have experience on previous application because my own wife went through the same thing.
As you know R117(9)(d) concerns excluded relationship. Was your wife refused before? mine got R117(9)(c) but she is here with me now.
FOSS check means that CIC checked to see if PA had an history inside of Canada since FOOS Note is the opposite of GCMS. FOOS NOTES are for the people who applying PR from inside Canada wile GCMS is for the outsiders.
What is your eligibility status for now?

-my former partner has no application here in canada. the R117(9)(d) was for my son who is in her custody. I am glad the agent took note of the request wève sent last october since I am not able to get his medical report. hoping they would not require for additional proofs.
-there were 2 assessments done.first was last october which says passed. and the second was last november which said not started. both assessments were done by the same agent.
-the notes that were hidden from me were the assessments for my current partner who is included in my application together with my children.
-what is criminality decision taken means? this is the last statement given after our criminality assessments on the notes to which is written right after my CL partner assessment which was hidden. does it pertain to all of our criminality check or just for my CL partner?

so data are as follows:

PA:
eligibility: october 2015- passed
november 2015- not started
criminality: passed
security: no traceable record
medical: passed

CL: totally hidden

dependents 1 and 2: all passed
dependent 3: R117(9)(d) request
noted by agent last month... sent to CIO for PS

any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I know you are very helpful whenever we look for advise and I have a question for you:

My wife current passport is expiring in September 2016 and today LVO sent an email saying

"Please send a copy of the information page of your updated, valid passport on which you intend to immigrate to Canada"

Should we just send them copy of current passport or get a new passport. They gave us 45 days to submit passport copy.

Guys pls help me .My spouse is going to Order notes , I'm on Consent Form thr are 4 sections, A,B,C and D .. which section is to be filled out on Consent form or all the sections must have to be filled ??? Guys waiting ur responses .

You complete Section A and your spouse completes section C...I used email cause I like it that way...she will need a copy of her passport...

No insight man, I believe you should wait a little bit till mid January and see how things will be moving.

Hi Egybe,

Why would you think on the interview while your file hasn't been opened yet for Initial review? If your relationship is genuine you should not be afraid of anything. Fear is a negative power which bring exactly what you were feared for in the past. I cannot tell you if you have any chance to be put on the interview list since I'll be the lead officer who will work on your case. I see your timeline is fairly new, just give it a time. Patience is a very good ingredient for success. Hopefully you understand me.

If I were you, I would send it. When time comes to renew your passport if your file is still in process, you will apply for a new passport 30 days before the current one expires then you will update the London Visa Office.

Hello all. First i want to say thank you for the explanation, it makes it much easier to understand. I'm one of those who has been checking my husbands application too many times daily i'm sure! lol I'm his Canadian sponsor and we've been married and living in the US for 11 years. We did all our paperwork upfront: medical, fingerprints as well as all payments in full. Anyway, here is our timeline and i just wondered what you think? How long do you think we'll be waiting? I know it's not been very long but I just have to ask.

We started processing your application on November 6, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

We rec'd our AOR Nov 2, 2015 as well.

You ordered notes a few months ago as well. So you must know how to fill out the consent form....?? Section A by you, and Section C by Sponsor. Keep a copy handy for the next time you're ordering notes so that you remember how you did it last time =)
