After our application was recieved at NDVO they sent us a letter to do medicals which was in October 2014 and are now expired. The last note in ecas is "medical results recieved" in the notes it says medicals passed but expired. I dunno what to do, just wait? Send more evidence? Please help

Actually I sent them most the documents
But ALL they wanted it her to bring :
1- copy of the interview email
2- original ID like passport
3- evidence of ongoing relationship between me and her ( love letter,money transfer,telephone cards ..etc )
they did not ask for anything else ...

I used to send money from my account in Canada to her personal account last, sent October 2015 ( 2000 $) - sent pictures together - sent tax return for 2014 where it says married and her name on the T1 form - phone bills - snap shots from what's app and viber .... is it enough ?
she will take ALL of that and more photos with her
IS THAT ENOUGH ??

from their email do you think there is something else they worried about other than proofing that our marriage is genuine as the they did not ask for anything else ,,or not necessarily ????

I have a good feeling that January will not end you will get a positive word from your visa office because your timeline and relationship profile is looking very promising. I don't see interview coming your way either because the time for that is far gone. I may be wrong on the interview but I believe 99% you have got a good profile, the only thing slowing your file to be completed could be a heavy backlog at Kingston embassy. Soon and very soon the sun will cut through the heavy dark cloud and you will rejoice.

There must be something CIC hid in your GCMS and you cannot encoded it. If you don't mind me to ask you probing questions to see if we can detect the reason of that interview.

1. Is your spouse a family member?
2. Is this a proxy or organised marriage?
3. Was your spouse married before? does your spouse have a child he/she did not declared?
4. How long are you in this relationship for?
5. Same culture and religion?

They reason why I ask these questions is that the officer who did the sponsor eligibility painted a big portrait of you and I did not like and I don't understand why he/she wrote Proof of relationship submitted between SPR and PA: -marriage certificate R.11 based on:

Now it make sense, I asked those questions based on Marriage Certificate R.11 code. The Senior officer at CPC Mississauga who did the sponsor's eligibility is experienced and always do recommendation to the visa office in writing. That is why I asked you what did she/he wrote? Now you notice there is a chunk of information hidden on S. 19(1). Check the top right hand corner of that page you will see S.19(1) looking at you which means it is a personal information they wrote about you and your relationship. From this note the Senior office at the embassy who will do Eligibility review will have to assign the eligibility back to that officer in Mississauga CPC to also verify the file with the new evidence requested from the embassy.

3. The agent from CPC-M did not believe your relationship to be true that is why he/she is alerting his/her colleague at the embassy to be cautious of your file something is not right. When the guy at the embassy sees REVIEW REQUIRED OR NEEDED he/she knows what it means it does not mean the same thing as NOT STARTED. Then after agent #2 carefully reviewed the relationship between sponsor and principle applicant and finds it hanging like the agent #1 at CPC-M did, he/she will change the status from Review required to Recommend Interview then your fait is sealed right there and file will be send to interview section where someone else fit for the job will have to conduct the interview then later send his/her finding back to agent #2.

Sorry I should have said S.16(1) that is ok, I was not to far from it. All these subscriptions do hid information from applicants. At least you know what they want to know about your relationship, probably those answers you gave to me. Your spouse need to have answers for every questions about your previous marriage and how it ended and how your relationship began...
