Hi My husband's medicals expired in Nov11,2015 we got the request on Nov05,2015. My husband did the remedical but we have not received any news.

So we are still trying to figure out whether our son in laws application falls under the old or new process and where his application may be at! There are 3 lines on ECAS we received application on May 8 2015. Started processing on July 16 2015 Medical results have been received. It went from Application Received to In Process on October 9 2015. Just got GCMS notes today and it all states Elgibilaty Criminal and Security not started. Application states Open and In Progress. Application has been sent to Dar es Saalam but on the notes it says sent to Nairobi for processing. Dar Es Saalam doesn't send AOR 2 but it says on the notes that it was received there on the 16 of July. Medical has been passed. No red flags on Officers notes. Any guesses to where this may be at? Thanks

SP side (in process)
We received your application for permanent residence on August 4th, 2015.

2. We started processing your application on 2nd September , 2015.

PR side (in proscess)
We received your application for permanent residence on August 4th, 2015.

2. We started processing your application on 2nd September , 2015.

3. We started processing ABC application on November 11, 2015.
4. Medical results have been received.

I got SA and forward to cairo VO September 28th and I never got aor1 or aor2

So why sp side still in process even after I got my SA and will be the next with my husband application??
How long it might take for ppr ??

Your application is fairly new and don't talk about PPR right now. There are so many files ahead of yours remember this. They will send AOR1 with a bit delay. I saw someone who got AOR1 in April 2015 while his step 1 was completed in March and sent to his VO. So they were behind to update the sponsor.

For a clear idea of how long ur application is gonna take , check out this link

And about SP system update- u don't need to worry about it. The most important thing is u got ur SA and the file has been transferred. The system update may take as long or as short as it takes for someone to remember to update it.

Yes you can, sponsor need to have the Use of Rep. forms then email them. I did that before. NOT EMAIL SORRY BUT SEND THEM A FAX.

Dear Eagle at the time When we were filling forms , we selected English Language for Interview Now I'm wondering If i can change it to my Native Language Bcz It will be easy to understand ,I can explain things & Answer the questions in better way. What Should I do now ? what do you think changing language will have any negative impact on our case ?

When you go for the interview, at the spot they will ask you if you need a translator. SO just tell them at that time that you need one. No need to unnecessarily contact the LVO.
