Send the certified true copies of your wife Nso birth certificate and marriage certificate as well....regarding your wifey's passport, just send the photocopy..for it to be safe and not to be lost from your visa office.anyways, when the visa is ready, then will request for the original passport...

The applicant will be the only one to send a copy of the marriage certificate.. no need for the sponsor :)
