How can u say this....mostly nowdays new delhi frst upadte descion made then rquest passport leterr ... I dont why some peoples alwys saying like that ...how can tghey refuse some one after remedicals .???
My backround in case ... I already one tym for pr visa but before pa death .. We cant arrive ... So changing is going on mother name . Now in may new delhi rquest only remedicals ... No other documents and in july tgey saaying descion made ...

What should we assume now?

If someone miss document rquest it does not mean they make descion made on ecas ... Bcoz if 30 days time frame we cant give ...documebts they will ask second tym also .
Its not easy if someone miss document after apllying from 5 yrs so refuse that person. I dont know why peoples saying like this missing documents will make descion made.

Was the interview done or not yet? I know you said it was called but did it actually take place? What is the status of your Criminality? please provide date of when your interview called? What is the reason of the interview?

As u saying uh have seen ...show the post the peoples how get rejected ....u cant give opnion like this ... Because mostly ecas never tell what is truth ... Only gcms notes tell . Mostly only interview peoples have dought of descion accept or reject.
Before giving opnion frst read my post proper what i write in backround of my case .

I don't think there was an interview.

He is a dependant in a parental sponsorship case. He already recieved the visa last November but the PA passed before the family landed.

PA was changed to his mother and now he has DM again after remedical.

I am convinced it is a positive decision.

Please, before you go and give an opinion about a refusal, at least make sure you are giving an educated opinion.

If you look through his posts there is no mention of an interview whatsoever.
