Letter of reminder documents not received lost October
File back to Nairobi office mp, and lawyer inquiry documents lost.
Letter June 15 2015 to resend copies
Resent through Dhl n registered.
No reply till got tracking no of lost documents from Canada post status received and signed by Norah.
Mp inquiry with showing prove of negligence February.
March letter of interview 2016 for May 24th2016 it's my husband.
Interview passed.
June 2nd 2016 remedical and updated form sent Dhl on 8th June received 9th.
Mp inquiry 20th June replied received on back ground checks.
24 th of June ecas changed 6th line medical results received.
I've passed through a lot and I just want anybody to tell what they think of the next step ordered notes on 30 th of May will receive end month I guess please help EAGLE PLEASE IM I NEAR TO THE END??

I am sorry to see that your case is very old however, you are almost there now. Expect PPR very soon, count 4-6 weeks from now you will either get PPR or your visa if PPT was already sent.

Thanks eagle passport not yet sent they gave him back on the interview day 24th may.we sent only COPIE of medical as we did re medical in November 2015 without being asked coz we knew they are gonna ask which has saved us time now.we attached with cover letter and the updated form thanksAt least got a reply from u will let u know the contents of the notes will receive soon God bless u I'm in Montreal.

Dear eagle just received my notes the officer who did interview noted satisfied with our relatrionship.i can see on the corner of right hand side of the next page s.15,1¸she noted organized crime no,political no,all questions regarding criminality she noted no.conclusion pa has been in naiorobi for 4 years every 3 months has to exit to renew his visa no need for police request.ask for remedical and annexe A ONLY.ELIGIBILITY PASS .MEDICAL PASS THE REST IT STATES NOT STARTED THY R THE OLD NOTES.WE SENT ALREADY ANNEXE AND MEDS THANKS HOPE TO RECEIVE PASSPORT REQUEST ANY IDEA FOR THE CODE S.15,1,AND SOME BLANK SPACE ON CRIMINALITY THANKS .

hello Members My case Got Refuse couple of days ago.. WE want to Appeal it,Now where to Start and what is our First step ?
1) Do we need Lawyer / consultant for Appeal.
2) Anybody Knows good Immigration Lawyer/consultant In Alberta Edmonton ?
3) How much Time over all Appeal Process takes ?
4) from where to Download Applications for and where to send it ?
5) How long they will take to response back to us .

Can i know the reason for refusal? because appeal can go to IAD or ADR depending on ur refusal reason...

Sorry to hear that Tony000, why your application got refused? You might not going through the appeal since it is time & money consuming. Share the reason of your refusal first.

Eligibility takes a beat long to pass because of its previous status (Review Required) Just be patient they are working on it. That's all I can say.
