Old and New Rule for IELTS (need help)

Hi, everyone! I am wondering I submitted my application on Dec 5, and received on Dec 10. For my IELTS, the CLB Level is 5,4,7,6 under the skill B, so they will follow the 2012 CLB Level or the new 2013 CLB rule?

Hi,

Because they received your application before the new requirements came out, you should be evaluated base on the old requirements.
