OINP Requirements Issues

Hi Guys,

I hope that you can help me in solving out some issues to apply for OINP HCP Stream.
1. I can't obtain the Letter of Reference, Contract or Proof of Compensation for two of my old previous employers because they don't exist anymore. How can I justify this to CIC.

2. My position/title in one of my contracts is different from what I got in my Letter of Reference (which my NOC is based upon). Is this in order?

3. a- For Proof of Compensation, I was paid in cash without any proof for some employers. If I would be able to get a letter from these employers about this fact, will that be satisfactory.
b- For other employers, can I just collect a bank statement to proof the compensation.

If you have mentioned these experiences in EE profile and claiming points and have got NOI,then submit available proofs of company closure,appointment letter etc including reference letter from ex-colleague and get it notarized. Also write a letter of explanation for this situation.

Dear PK910, thank you very much for your reply. it is really helpful.

I have mentioned the two closed companies in my profile but actually their noc is different from my current one, so I guess no point will be claimed from them but I'm afraid it will be difficult to get a proof that I was working there. I hope nothing wrong will happen.
