I called BLS yesterday same response that it's processing at Consulate.They said processing time is 8 weeks from Acknowledgement. Hope we get out OCI soon.Keep us poster if any update.Thanks!

Does anyone know how if one has to fill absence from canada before becoming PR for the 5 yeareligibility period..or is it after becoming PR we have to mention those absence dates in the Physical presence calculator?
