OINP Reconsideration

Hi Guys,

I was given the letter of interest/invitation to apply for the OINP via my Express Entry profile. Due to lack of time and resources, I missed the deadline. Is there a way that I can be reconsidered?

One way of getting the invite was by creating a new profile. However, the last i heard was they had stopped sending Letter of Interest/invite since 15 Feb, not sure if any one has got an invite after that.
