OINP- received letter of intent for refusal

I received a letter from OINP stating the intent for refusing my application. The reason stated was that I didn't have a continuous 1 year experience. I had a mandatory relaxation period (10 days) as per my organization norms for switching between roles. So I have an experience of 10 months in one role and 8 months in another role ( both belonging to the same NOC). Is there any document that I can submit to say that the employment was with the same employer and made to be considered as a continuous job experience. Any suggestions.
