Talking about 2017 quota, g126 and other senior members, any news on when the MICC will release the quota?

I intend to send my docs for PFL (the reference letter was a pain, but hopefully will get it) next week.

Best regards.

Unfortunately no... I check OINP news every week hoping to see something about this!

Well, back in the days final stage used to mean anything from 2 weeks to 2 months... But now days only God knows as everything has changed.

You may be in the final phased as Approved but waiting for the 2017 quota to be released... Or you may just be waiting an OK from a senior officer... difficult to tell really.

In any case, good luck and hope you get it soon!
I was told that they are waiting fir thr seniir officer approuval.. is that a good thing?
It s been 10ndays since i sent all the documents they asked for and confirmation of that. AM french stream but it changes nothing

Hopefully a good thing I guess. You can recheck with an inquiry mail regarding your application.

Friends,
After sending additional docs last Friday, I got email that OINP tried to call me yesterday but could not reach me by phone for interview.
I will write them to give my new phone number so they can call me.
What can I expect in the interview. I am French speaking applicant.
Any links to other discussions regarding interviews.

Thanks for your help.

They'll ask about your previous jobs and why you want to go to Ontario.

Look for MZASAM's post around late November in this thread (or perhaps it was December's thread) for the questions he got asked.

Is your diploma in Toronto a second diploma? If yes, that you meet the conditions.
That statement is only for cases where you start study in one university outside Canada and then later you move to Canada to finish studies for the first diploma (you do not get diploma at home, but you take info about studies to Canada in order to skip some years of studies).
