The problem is that in my country they don't give you pay stubs if your salary is very low and you don't pay any taxes on that and also because it was a family business too. But I have my reference letter from my employer and I sent them also some extra proofs of my work with pictures and etc. But they don't like that in my home country I was employed in my family business and also in Canada I worked in my uncles restaurant.

I don't know.
Hmmm...Can you send them a note from your employer stating that they don't give pay stubs and it's all paid in cash w/o taxes. May be that will help.

Also what's your timeline?

Hello,

Thank you for submitting the requested documents; they have been received.

Please be advised that your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has been referred to a senior processing officer for a decision. The program will contact you should we require additional information to support the decision on your application. Otherwise, the program will contact you again when a decision has been made on your application.

Thank you,

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

If they need more proof, they should request ASAP, instead of keep me waiting for a month. Extremelly ansious here.

They need something official to be convinced you're actually working, reference letters can be quite easily written but if they're not from a reputable company then they carry little weight I'm afraid.

Did you deposit your salary into a bank account? If so provide then with bank statements. If not is it possible to get some official document (like government document) from your previous employers to show that they were employing you?

If none of that is possible then you need a third party's point of view... it's hard to suggest something without knowing what you did and where you come from, but did you win any awards? Were you ever in the national media for something work related? Did you have any clients who were very happy with you work and could write you supporting letters? You must think outside the box if you can't provide official documentation and hope and pray they accept it.

Keep trying to reach OINP. I'm pretty sure your nomination should be just round the corner....The new year will definitely start with a nomination for you.
