Guys please quick one...what is a nomination certificate? Do we get it by courier at our chosen addresses or is it the pdf document you get in the "messages" section of your EE profile after being nominated?

They send a hard copy by mail.

You'll need to upload the medical receipt you get after doing the medical to get the AOR... if in your case they refuse to give you a medical before IRCC tells them to do so then you should get this in writing and upload it as your medical receipt/proof along with a LoE.

I guess in you case IRCC will specifically ask you to do the medicals and that's when you'll do them.

Thanks for the advise..today I called them and explained to them that they are probably confusing the medicals for PR with other prog which is for family unification. Well it worked and I got an appointment immediately and they did the medicals today for the whole family..

I received Nomination on December 2 and my profile expired.
So I have created new one and send details to OINP and expressentry.ca for transferring my nomination.

For some reason my express entry profile got ineligible. I dont understand. What should I do now, any ideas or suggestions will help me alot.

Add Docs request : November 30, 2016
Nomination : December 17, 2016
Recreated EE: December 19, 2016
Ontario Acknowledgement of new EE: December 21,2016
Called Ontario to follow up transfer of nomination: December 23, 2016
Nomination transferred: December 30, 2016

I hope everyone waiting gets their nominations soon too. Thank you for all the help given in this thread. Happy new year!

Call Ontario with your file number on hand to possibly have your profile fixed. Also, check if you've done everything correctly in recreating your profile. I cant post links but you can search: steps-create-new-express-entry-profile-on-expiry-of-old-profilesame-gckey

I think you must have fallen out of one of the FSW grid minimum requirement of 67 points for you EE profile to be eligible.

Check if you have just had your Birthday or IELTS has recently expired, or possible one of your work experience fell beyond last 10 yrs. etc...

01-Feb-16:Application delivered at OINP
Mar-16 :Upgraded my IELTS score which boosted my CRS to 473
06-Apr-16:Received an ITA from CiC(IRCC)
Declined it as my passport just got updated. This is the most sinful thing that I have done in my life.
26-Jun-16:My CRS slipped to 467 as I turned an year older.Frustrated by now.
XX-Aug-16: AOR from OINP to give me a ray of hope. Had to send a fresh draft of fee as the old one expired.
29-Dec-16: Received ADR(ECA,Bank statements and additional details on job) e-mail from OINP and immediately shared the docs requested
Now :Waiting for both Nomination and ITA now.

join the long list pal..relax there are several cases with that specific officer..is your case hard to judge?..any connections to other provinces?..your job experience with an unknown company for instance?..you know, i tried hard to understand what is he doing after ADR for two full months with the applications, yet i failed to find an answer so far ;D
