My file is in final decision and my officer doesnt like my work history because I worked to my family business in my home country and also in canada. Now he wants from me to find if it is possible other employment and provide him the dcuments or else my file will be examined as is.

Why would he not accept your work experience. What's his issue with it? If it satisfies all program requirements then that should be ok.

The problem is that in my country they don't give you pay stubs if your salary is very low and you don't pay any taxes on that and also because it was a family business too. But I have my reference letter from my employer and I sent them also some extra proofs of my work with pictures and etc. But they don't like that in my home country I was employed in my family business and also in Canada I worked in my uncles restaurant.

I don't know.
