i submitted my Additional documents on 21/11/2016, and i got acknowledgment on 2/12/2016 saying

"Thank you for your response. The documentation and information provided have been added to your file. Your application is proceeding for further assessment.

Finally got my additional document request (ADR) today. They want last 6 months of bank statements, 2 most recent payslips, payslips for the whole of 2015, any leave taken from work and tax forms. All of it is pretty standard except I am not sure what they mean by "Tax Forms". Is it just the notice of assessment, i.e. tax paid on taxable income or are they after your whole tax return? Has anyone had a request for "Tax Forms"? What did you provide?

This happened to me too. The reason was that I created the new EE profile and then logged onto job bank and put the EE number and job seeker code. However, for the question have you applied for EE before when creating the new profile, I said no. I thought it was asking if I applied for PR before?

As soon as I fixed that and put my old EE profile number there, it immediately fixed itself..

If you have already done this, then just wait for a bit longer. Maybe it needs more time..

Yes, send everything.
Form 16 is given to employee if employee leaves within financial year, for future employer.

In CIC when creating the new profile.

You can still edit it under 'Application/profile details>Immigration history and citizenships' when you click on 'View submitted application'
