This is very little information to effectively guide you with! But if you're saying that your new IELTS score puts you below the 400 mark then you need to retake it ASAP and get the required grades otherwise OINP can withdraw your NoM.

No my score is still above 400.

In that case what exactly are you worried about? You have new IELTS, valid for another 2 years and still have more than 400 points you're ok.. You have a NoM, next draw you'll get an ITA (if you've not already) so just carry on with the ITA process.

More info on the post ITA process on Stanlee's excellent thread here-> http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ready-reference-steps-to-follow-and-documents-to-arrange-post-ita-t455826.0.html

Won't OINP cancel the nomination if I the score of the IELTS below 6? Pls guide me. I am deeply worried and stressed.

Don't I need to maintain IELTS 6(clb 7) until I get ITA??

That's just for the master's program and only in 2015 - http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

New Requirements

Effective February 1st, 2015 for the 2015 nomination year, International Masters Graduates will be required to demonstrate official language proficiency equivalent to the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for each language competency (i.e. listening, reading, writing and speaking)

As far as I know the only requirement now is that you remain above 400 points... How you managed to do that with those IELTS scores I'm not sure, but if you're above 400 then you're OK!

What are you? CEC, FSW (Inland/Outland), MS?

@MZASAM - Happy birthday and congrats on getting a call from OINP... Hopefully they will call back shortly! ;-)

A NoM could make a very nice birthday gift, no? 8)

OK, well I don't think you have to worry about anything! Smooth ITA for you my friend and welcome to the forum... If you leave your details (date received PT, date of AOR, date of ADR and NOM date) someone will add you to the list (although now that you've already been nominated I'm not sure if there is a point... hehehe)

quick update guys got 600 points added to the profile and score is at 435 right now. Waiting for the ITA

Ahhh excellent! Congratulations then!!!

Guys,

I have just received the nomination!

However, there are two concerns:
1st: My EE profile is about to expire (dec 4th). Should I wait until it expires and then create a new one? And what about the nomination? Should I accept it right away?
2nd: I have received another massage saying my profile is not eligible. It doesn't show my score. It looks like systems problems... Anyway, has anyone been through this?

Thanks!
